Dr. Sunita Singh Sengupta Founder of ISOL Foundation (India), ISOL Global Foundation (USA) and Academy of Value Based Management (Canada), is currently a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. Dr. P Jyothi is a Professor of Management and former Dean at the School of Management, University of Hyderabad. She has over 30 years of teaching experience and for the last 25 years she has been teaching HR, OB and Entrepreneurship papers for MBA students. Dr Jyothi received the Best Professors award in the area of Human resource management in 2017.
