Currently based at the Countess of Chester Hospital, Dr. Wallace also serves as the Emergency Department Trauma Lead and the Trust Emergency Preparedness, Resilience, and Response (EPRR) Lead.With a strong focus on clinical leadership and quality improvement, Dr. Wallace has developed pathways for patient safety and flow, including neurological observation pathways, head injury triage, and falls prevention protocols.
