Before joining to HSU he was working as a consultant at the World Bank and Deloitte. As an expert, Yury Zaytsev was involved in several projects such as the UK DFID-funded 'Sharing Responsibility for Development: Learning from Experience to Achieve Results', the EU-funded 'Transnational Cooperation among NCPs for International Cooperation', 'G8/G20 commitments compliance assessment' with the University of Toronto and 'Growing Business at Emerging Markets' with the CISCO Entrepreneur Institute.
