Rosa Rodrigues has a PhD in Management, specialty in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from ISCTE-IUL. She obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and in Work and Organizational Psychology from the Lusíada University of Lisbon where he also graduated in Psychology. She has a Postgraduate Degree in Data Analysis in Social Sciences carried out at ISCTE-IUL. She is a professor at the Instituto Superior de Gestão where he teaches the curricular units of Scientific Research Methodologies, Organizational Psychosociology, Skills Development and Management (1st cycle), Performance Management and Assessment and Research Seminar (2nd cycle) and Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior in training courses for intermediate and senior management positions in Public Administration (FORGEP and CAGEP). Dr. Vandana Mohanty is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the International Institute of Management Science (IIMS), Pune, India. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, following a Master of Business Administration with dual specialization in Human Resources and Marketing. With over 15 years of academic experience, Dr. Mohanty has made significant contributions to the fields of human resource management, employee experience, and organizational behaviour. Her scholarly output includes over 30 peer-reviewed journal articles and multiple book chapters, focusing on themes such as employee onboarding, internal employer branding, work-life integration, and the evolving dynamics of HR in the digital era. Her current research explores the intersection of employee experience and organizational performance, backed by projects like her Industy-funded study on affordable dialysis services in Maharashtra. Mohanty is an active member of professional bodies such as the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) and the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM). Her academic mentorship includes supervising doctoral research in employee experience and workplace safety for women Paula Figueiredo holds a PhD in Management, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a degree in Economics with a specialization in Human Resources Economics. She is currently a professor at higher education institutions and has served as Director of an academic institution since 2019. With over 20 years of experience in business management, coordination, and consultancy, her professional path includes active involvement in leadership development initiatives. Her research focuses on Human Resource Development, particularly Leadership Development in organizations, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. As a book editor, she has contributed to volumes on Artificial Intelligence in Management, Employee Experience, Organizational Resilience, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity.
