Author Information

Rob Sanders is an accomplished children's author, a pioneer in LGBTQIA+ literary nonfiction, and no stranger to book banning. His acclaimed picture book Pride- The Story of Harvey Milk and the Rainbow Flag is frequently challenged and banned. But Rob continues to fight for inclusive reads. He is the author of many groundbreaking books for young readers, including Queer and Fearless- Poems Celebrating the Lives of LGBTQ+ Heroes and Stonewall- A Building. An Uprising. A Revolution.
