Dr. Thong Ming Sen is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and his area of expertise is in capital markets law, blockchain technology, and FinTech regulation. He was part of a team of researchers who were the first to report on regulatory issues in the blockchain space in Malaysia. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) (Distinction) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in law from University Malaya.
