Dr Cressida Auckland is Assistant Professor in Medical Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is also co-editor of Medical Decision-Making on Behalf of Young Children: A Comparative Perspective (Hart Publishing) and has published articles in Law Quarterly Review and Medical Law Review.
