Author Information

Marcin Rojszczak is Associate Professor on Cybersecurity and Privacy Law at the University of Gdańsk, Poland. He holds a Habilitation (Dr. Habil.) in Law, a PhD in Law, and a Master of Science in Information Security. His research interests include cybersecurity, electronic surveillance, and cross-border aspects of data protection law. He is the author of more than 50 publications on the new technologies law. He has been honoured with the Professor Remigiusz Kaszubski Award in 2021 for his work on innovative solutions in electronic banking and new technology law.
