Karen R. Jones is professor of environmental and cultural history at the University of Kent. She has written on trails, wolves, beasts, conservation, and much more in both the US and the UK. Her books include Calamity, The Invention of the Park, and Wolf Mountains. Deborah Balm is a British female narrator with over sixty audiobook credits. Born in Yorkshire, she now lives in Cambridge following an indirect route via Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Wales. Her voice is warm, intriguing, and engaging. She loves narrating historical romance, crime thrillers, and fantasy novels.
