Artworks 1930 to 1970

Overview

These early, innocent sketches and watercolours - the English countryside, Wycombe Abbey school, and portraits - were painted when the artist was at a private girls' school in England and as a young woman. That is part of their attraction. Penelope went on to do theatre set design and graphic work in television.
