Reviews

This is a useful and practical book. Its layout is extremely clear with numerous numbered paragraphs and bold headings, some of them cast as helpful questions… It is designed for professional advisers to charities, not-for-profit companies, employee-owned companies, right to manage [premises] companies etc and will also be useful to intelligent lay people involved as charity trustees or directors… it constitutes value for money and is to be recommended. * Francesca Quint, Barrister, Radcliffe Chambers, London *
