Dr Priyanka Sharma is Associate Professor in the School of Engineering & Sciences at GD Goenka University, India. She has a BSc and an MSc in Chemistry from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, India, a Diploma in Environmental Studies from the University of Rajasthan, India, and a PhD in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, also from the University of Rajasthan. Her research focuses on the synthesis and antimicrobial activity of bicyclic and tetracyclic benzothiazepine heterocycles and their quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR), as well as synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, QSAR studies and environmental chemistry. Dr Sudipta K. Mishra is Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering at GD Goenka University, India. He earned his PhD at the University of Iowa, USA, which involved exploring the connection between the USA's bio-energy goals and their implications on the environment through modelling the flow and transport of water and nutrients from agricultural land in the Midwest of the USA. Dr Mishra earned his master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and his BE from Jadavpur University, India.
