Gulen Hashmi has more than twenty-six years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her doctoral specialization lies in tourism and hotel sustainability strategies and change management for sustainability and sustainable tourism. Her publications are on systemic, collaborative challenges of our time, such as collaboration for tourism and sustainability, the linkage between corporate well-being and societal well-being, and the alignment between organizational strategies and UN SDGs. Dr Gulen Hashmi has taught various hospitality and tourism courses at the National University of Sciences and Technology in Islamabad and the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management in Dubai. ORCID ID: 0000-0001-6949-6647 Dr. Pramendra Singh is an Assistant Professor at Faculty of Management Studies, Marwadi University, India. He has more than eight years of teaching and research experience. He has done three post graduate degrees, two in Tourism & Travel Management and one in History. He did his doctorate (PhD) from Jiwaji University, India in 2018. He has in his credit more than thirty research papers and book chapters published by internationally reputed publishers. He has been a part of various academic activities as resource person and speaker. He also published five books on tourism interlinking it with sustainability and technology. His research interest areas are travel & tourism management, marketing, entrepreneurship, higher education and sustainability.
