Seeking safety and comfort offered by her beloved Aunt Vonnie, Victoria Ansley flees to Seagrass Cove to escape a violent blackmailer. Moments after her arrival in the small tourist town, the no-nonsense town sheriff informs her Vonnie has gone missing.
