OverviewAs the world was coming out of the Covid -19, which shook the world to its foundation, I graduated from my Master's program in Counseling and Psychotherapy. What I saw was scary, especially regarding the mental health of teenagers and young adults. As if that is not enough, when I started to practice in a clinic, one of the things that challenged my competency was the full-blown mental health illnesses and prognosis, which was terrifying. Instead of me being quake and fleeing, it instead pushed me to research as I embarked on my PhD work in Psychological studies at one of the most reputable Universities in the United States of America. This piece is born out of many concerns for the mental capacity of children in families in post Covid 19. What my findings are saying is that all hope is not lost. The 10 Stairs to robust mental health answer some of the parent's concerns regarding the mental health of teenagers and young adults in our society today. The stairs must not be jumped; they are interwoven, and one leads to others. Sit back and let us climb without stress and unnecessary dissipation of energy.
