Overview
Don Quixote meets Narcos in this modern reimagining of the legendary swashbuckling hero Zorro by Sean Murphy, the writer-artist behind DC Comics' Batman: White Knight. Diego is a young man who is convinced that he's Zorro. As a child, he suffered a psychotic break after witnessing the murder of his parents by the drug cartel in his village. To cope with the trauma, he embraced the 200-year-old legend of Zorro by donning the mask, training with the sword, and declaring war on the Narcos for the sake of his people.

After breaking into the industry at a young age, Sean Murphy made a name for himself in the world of indie comics. Writing and illustrating Punk Rock Jesus, Sean showed his versatility as a creator. While he is widely known for his work with some of the industry's top writers on titles like Joe the Barbarian, American Vampire, The Wake, Chrononauts and Tokyo Ghost, Sean especially enjoys writing for himself. His Batman: White Knight, Curse of the White Knight, and Beyond the White Knight story arcs have garnered critical and popular acclaim. Now it is time for Zorro: Man Of The Dead. Simon Gough is a UK based colourist, living on the sunny shores of Brighton by the sea. He lives a lonely existence from his tiny dark office, besieged through the day by the unanswerable questions of two pre-teen sons, and a wife who doesn't ""understand"" comics. He has art credits from DC to Zenescope, and everyone in between, and has worked on titles such as Batman, The Field, Ringside, and G.I Joe. Over the last 15 years he's forgotten more things he's worked on than he can actually remember.
