Author InformationShaka McGlotten is associate professor of media, society, and the arts at Purchase College–SUNY, where he researches and teaches on ethnography, digital media, and queer studies. Steve Jones is senior lecturer in media at Northumbria University (Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, England).
