Obtaining wealth in real estate is obtainable as well as any other business venture. You can send your kids to the best schools, live an extraordinary life, buy your mother a house and see the world without being an athlete or entertainer! I spent twenty-eight years as a federal agent getting violent criminals off the streets. I cannot count the number of young Black men that said, ""I could have been a federal agent"", while being arrested for a violent crime. Sadly, for them the light bulb came on too late. It made me happy when a young person would say with a look of amazement, sir, do you own this big building. I knew what they thought was impossible, suddenly became possible. I mentor young people mainly in high school and college, but writing a book called ""Zero to One Million"" allows me to expand that number exponentially. Having the mantra to live an extraordinary life changes the trajectory of a young person's life aims. I also realize that it's not just the school subjects taught, it is the injection of the level of extraordinary possibilities you aspire to. The talented tenth in our society need to shine their lights for people who live in darkness.
