Heidi Johnson, a retired kindergarten teacher, lives in Maryland with her husband, Mike, two rescue dogs (Zeke and Zara), and two rescue parakeets! She loves to garden, cook and write/illustrate stories. Zara's Tiara is Heidi's 2nd published book. Her first book is Come to Me: A Journey to Jesus. Heidi desires to share God's love and word through her stories and illustrations.
