He manages Karon LLC, a law firm based in Cleveland, Ohio, where he represents individuals in consumer-fraud, antitrust, and securities-fraud class-action lawsuits. He teaches consumer class actions and complex litigation at the University of Michigan Law School and The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Previously, he taught complex litigation at Columbia Law School.
