Sandra Hinchliffe is the author of four books, The Cannabis Spa at Home, High Tea, CBD Every Day, andCBD and Hemp Remedies,and coauthor of The CBD Oil Solution. She is a home remedy and spa herbalist, an experienced forager of wild foods, flowers, and herbs, gardener, and a visual artist for more than thirty years. She is also a certified allergy chef, certified in Allertrain. Sandra is a survivor of multiple autoimmune disease and an anaphylactic who carries epipens for life-threatening food and environmental allergies. She is passionate about serving her chronic pain, autoimmune, and allergy communitywith a special interest in bringing comfort and joy through her books, recipes, and handmade goods. Sandra resides in the Oregon Banana Belt with her family and gardens.
