He lives in Northampton, Massachusetts. Jon Mendelson, MD, is a facial plastic surgeon and coauthor of The Non-Surgical Facelift Book. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. Paul S. Nassif, MD, is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a revision rhinoplasty specialist.
