THIS book is a compilation of wisdom, maturity, and pure fear. Let me explain. For most of my life, I thought my metabolism didn't work. You see, I have always been overweight, from childhood right into adulthood. By overweight, I don't mean five pounds, but rather 50-150 pounds over weight. The only positive thing on my side was that I was also blessed with some height. I was over five feet tall by the time I was ten years old. And 5'10"" tall at full height. Being fat or staying fat, I knew things had to change. I knew it was unhealthy and fatal to continue to deny my weight problem. So, I started to ask questions, and this book contains the answers.
