Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationI am a 4th generation Western Australian who has lived a modest life - commencing work when I was 15. I was married at 21 and had 3 children (sons) by the time I was 26. I have a profound belief in God and spent a lot of my young life and adulthood involved in Christian works. Culminating in missionary work in Thailand for some 8 years. I have always been focused on supporting others.I spent some 5 years working for the Bank of New South Wales later Westpac. Then I served in a mission in Australia and overseas with my family for some 15 years. When we returned to Australia in 2001 I commenced work with Human Services. This is my passion. It was natural that the job that I spent the next 20 odd years doing was just that working with people in a lot of different capacities to support them. I feel that in writing this book I am again reaching out to others who may be going through a similar experience and this is my way of encouraging them.Working for the Federal Government gave me so many opportunities to serve the public something that I continue to do today in the various support roles that I hold.
