Her belief in yoga's universal benefits fuels her dedication to sharing its practice and teachings. Megan has completed her Masters in Human Kinetics, in Consultation and Intervention, and a Masters Certificate in Leadership. She works full-time as a Personnel Selection Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. In her spare time, she's a Mental Performance Consultant who leverages her education and experience in sports to help athletes overcome mental barriers. Megan embarked on her yoga teacher journey in 2009, venturing to Kerala, India, for her first of many yoga trainings. Over the years, she has studied and learned from world-renowned teachers such as Seane Corn, Jess Robertson, Ted Grand, Baron Baptiste, Bryan Kest, Vinnie Marino and Fr. Joseph H Pereira. She lives in Victoria, British Columbia with her son Myles and partner Adam. Hayley is a British-Canadian illustrator and storyteller. She enjoys exploring a range of media but is particularly drawn to pencil, charcoal, gouache and Procreate. In a previous chapter of her life, Hayley worked as a contemporary dancer and children's yoga instructor, using storytelling as a tool to teach and ignite imaginations.
