Yes! is the declaration of the principles on which we, the group, stand on regarding self-respect. YES! My Life Matters is on a mission to help people redirect their lives. We are asking everyone to help put a stop to this abuse to our city and the people who live here. We are talking about the many people who need help finding their way towards a better lifestyle. In addition, we need to implement a plan to protect the property owner who has a homeless camp on their front lawn. Also, about the many children who are living on the streets and have known no other life. Finally let's include the abuse of our tax dollars that are wasted on temporary dead-end handouts. What have we become, barbarians? Why are people living on the streets, the people with no voice, the persons suffering from mental health ailments and addiction? Why are our elected officials, the very people voted to be the safe keepers of our lives, the elected leaders failing us? This is about the next generation and the care of our cities, and the care for people. We desperately need to come together, fix these issues and clean up our mess before it's too late. We start today! The Mission: YES! My Life Matters will exist to help people who otherwise suffer needlessly on the streets. A safe environment, fostering self-worth, compassion and trust is achievable by providing a hands-on working village built around gardening, agriculture, animals and societies willingness to solve this epidemic with hand up instead of hand-outs. The Vision is to return the lost and forgotten, the homeless, and the addicted and mentally unstable persons to a safe life. There is a life out there that they have missed, the life they deserve, the life God intended for them to have. YES! My Life Matters is about people taking notice of their lives. There is a moment when we realize that we have been neglected and unheard, pushed aside and treated less well than any human should be treated. We're standing up to say Please see me, please listen to me, I am important, I am human too and I need your help. Please help me find my way. This complex and aggressive plan began like many other plans, with an idea to do good deeds, to help others and save lives. This plan is different, as it includes everything, we need to see success. This plan is going to blow your mind! The real success of this mission will be on the backs of every person who cares about lives, the lives of families and friends, neighbors and co-workers. You will never think about homelessness and lost souls the same way again. This book will not only change your life but many other lives that are depending on you. In five years from the date of inception there will virtually be no people on the streets, no people needlessly in jail for trespassing, no people hurting themselves just to have a hospital bed to sleep in and a morning meal. From the first day, each person who needs a bed, food, medical, mental or addiction treatment has a home. A safe, warm and clean home. The village is their new home. This project-based learning environment is filled with interesting tasks surrounded by likeminded people and will be a place of welcome. The village, ranch, farm, schools, dorms, apartments, sport courts, playgrounds, gardens, eco-farm and constant supply of healthy food will keep most everyone engaged and eager for more. The future of this new life, this new culture can become the safe home for our foster care system, senior care, recovering addicts, displaced veterans, reformed education especially youth and welfare parents. The care and attention to detail when it comes to saftey and security, of all our neighbors is our top priority.
