Yellowstone vs. Earth: The Ticking Time Bomb

Overview

The world we live in is full of great wonders and curiosities and yet sometimes we can forget this. Understanding theses wonders and curiosities and natural events can sometimes affect the world damaging our biodiversity of the natural world. Part of this bio-diverse nature includes volcanoes that can significantly affect our climate damaging the ecosystem and can wipe out civilisations, and have done in the past. Many of the volcanoes, especially super volcanoes and their explosive eruptions converse with natural disasters allowing them to be viewed as extremely dangerous, by which they are. However, volcanoes like Yellowstone caldera, Mount Toba, Lake Taupo and Mount Vesuvius and many more all have a great history and have helped shaped our world to what it is today, and will continue to do so in the future. This book is dedicated to the super volcanoes that do keep us concerned and worried the ones that put us on edge. We all know that one day they will erupt. Throughout this book as we as we mention these calderas, the super volcanoes, the volcanic giants we like to focus on worst case scenario. However, may I add that the chances and the odds of these super eruptions actually occurring are quite slim, never less it doesn't mean they won't erupt, maybe not in our lifetime, maybe not in the next generation, but eventually they will erupt? If an eruption were to happen in the near future civilisation more than now as compared to the historical events would be more greatly more affected eliminating populations around the world. Populations around volcanoes have increased massively, but regardless of where a volcano was to erupt, the eruption would most definitely affect us all. Humans depend on Earth and if the world changes humans may struggle to survive, civilisations may collapse, I guess time will tell.
