Amanda F. Doering is the author of more than fifty books for children. She hopes kids learn to love reading as much as she does. When she's not reading or writing, Amanda enjoys hiking, photography, and traveling. She lives in Minnesota with her bulldog, Hugo. Born and bred in London, Tracy Cottingham graduated from Middlesex University with a degree in Printed Textile Design. Work in commercial textiles and greeting cards led her into the world of illustration, and she began to design cards, packaging, and children's books. Dean Jones is a Grammy award-winning producer, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, composer, blueberry picker, and lover of life. He's released fifteen CDs for kids, solo and with his band Dog on Fleas, but is proudest of his work producing compilation CDs that have raised over $100,000 for Haiti, girls' science education, and LGBTQ youth.
