Overview""XploRe"" is a combination of classical and modern statistical procedures, in conjunction with interactive graphics. ""XploRe"" is a basis for statistical analysis, research and teaching. Its purpose lies in the exploration and analysis of data, as well as in the development of new techniques. The statistical methods of ""XploRe"" are provided by various libraries. In addition, ""XploRE"" is a high-level object-oriented programming language. The user can incorporate their own methods in ""XploRe"", enabling them to easily extend the environment. An automatic HTML converter ensures the smooth integration of macros and libraries into the help system. This academic edition is designed to be installed on single computers (PC or workstation) and has the same program functionality as the full version. There are only some size restrictions and not all program libraries are provided on the CD-ROM.
