Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationMr. Nguyen is a consultant to the International Trade Client Service Group. He assists clients in analyzing, negotiating and meeting compliance requirements associated with cross-border trade policy and regulation; the implications of U.S. bilateral, regional trade agreements; and World Trade Organization (WTO) rules. Mr. Nguyen has supported a range of WTO disputes including on U.S. broadcast copyright royalties, Philippine trade-related investment measures and others. Prior to joining Bryan Cave in 2005, Mr. Nguyen managed a global law firm’s WTO and trade advisory services in Washington D.C. and Geneva, Switzerland from 1998–2005. He also has assisted the WTO and U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Office to the WTO in Geneva from 1997–1998. Mr. Nguyen is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, and was a Fulbright Fellow at the National University of Singapore.
