Author Information

Hazel Edwards OAM is the author of over 200 books for children and adults. She is best known for her children's classic 'There's a Hippopotamus on Our Roof Eating Cake' (1980), which was recently included in The Guardian's Top Ten Australian Picture Books. In2013 she was awarded an OAM for literature. Hazel is committed to helping new writers craft their histories for families, children and corporate audiences.
