"Wrapper for President is an entertaining, fun, and engaging story with a purpose, written in a memorable Seuss-like rhyme. Perfect for children ages 4-12, Wrapper for President uses the adventures of a blue gift wrapping tube named June to encourage kids to dream big, set meaningful life goals, and achieve their goals no matter what history, culture, or detractors might say to discourage them. It also aims to teach kids (and parents) some new, challenging vocabulary... The story: June the Tube is a friendly and respected resident of the land of Giftagoo. She is looking for ways to make a bigger difference in her community and calls in her good friend and life coach, Clyde the Sloth, to help her dream louder. After careful consideration, June decides that she is going to run for President of Giftagoo so she can help those who are struggling and to make Giftagoo the best place to live. But when she excitedly tells her ""friends"" about her dream and her goals, they do not support her like she thought they would. In fact, all they do is tell her how she has no chance to become President of Giftagoo because of her limitations (finances, history, gender, etc.). But June doesn't let these realities and discouragements stop her from going after her big dream. And with Clyde alongside her, she runs a successful political campaign and becomes President of Giftagoo. As President, June, with the help of her Vice President Clyde, makes Giftagoo the best place to live and helps its people live their best lives. June is a reminder to all of us that we cannot let anything or anyone discourage us from chasing meaningful dreams."
