"Brian McCue has worked as a defense analyst for 30 years, first in private industry, then at the Department of Defense s National Defense University, the U.S. Congress s Office of Technology Assessment, and since 1996 at the Center for Naval Analyses. Early in his time at CNA, he did a four-year assignment at the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory in Quantico, Virginia, where he developed his interest in military experimentation. He is a graduate of Hamilton College and holds a doctoral degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology."""
