Before she became an ordained clergy, she was a Pharmacologist with PhD involved in clinical research in antibiotics and anticancer agents from the nature. She also earned Doctor of ministry in Pastoral Care. She served three judicatory agencies for the United Methodist Church as the church consultant and served five local congregations as the pastor. She currently serves as a spiritual director of individuals by applying holistic approaches to healing and wholeness, connecting the body-mind-spirit. Her spiritual retreats focuses on ""Beyond the Enneagram's Wisdom toward the Spiritual Formation."" She affirms that the psychological and the spiritual approaches of wholeness are connected and need not be considered separate things. They are really stages toward becoming a whole person. The spiritual formation is a process of practicing the spiritual disciplines-- the balanced ""acts of piety"" and ""acts of compassion.""
