This is a 73-page book that recommends spiritual and practical ways of providing effective leadership at the workplace. The author identifies and sheds light on five significant godly values Christian business people should exhibit in the workplace to honour God, to enhance relationships and to maximize profits. The authour believes that as a Christian you should see your work as calling and Worship God with your, vocation, career, profession, Job or ministry. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Col. 3:24. For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. Ps. 75:6-7 When men are cast down, then you shall say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person. Job 22:29 The blessing of the LORD makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. Prov. 10:22. ''Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.'' Matt. 25:13-15. Our attitude at work should be like that of the faithful servant. We must be humble, holy, honest, dependable and benevolent.
