Economics is the search for conciliation. 3) Concept of rivalry between the hegemonic power and economic power. Characterized by competitive adversarial relationship (hard power) and cooperative (soft power). There both competition and cooperation between them. Cooperation when it comes to economic interests (worldwide expansion of the economic system). Heavy competition when it comes to dispute the great worldwide power. It is not between enemies (the order is very different from the Cold War). 5) Worldwide Clash is an unrestricted war between them for vital spaces in the capitalism worldwide expansion. 6) The unrestrained warfare is made by the use of weapons of hard power and soft power on both sides. 7) The comprehensiveness field of unrestricted warfare between the powers set forth in this book. For each of these fields there are one or more strategies adopted by governments on both sides. 8) Two strategic points of unrestricted warfare established by both potential (economic and hegemonic power) featured in the book. Deep security system (hard power) and energy security. 9) In unrestricted warfare strategies are interdependent and contradictory. 10) Worldwide Clash is the clash between the Comprehensive National Power both and is defining the future of the global expansion of capitalism.
