Reviews

A timely contribution to the field of international and comparative education![this book] is highly recommended for courses in international and comparative education. Many of the chapters will make welcome additional readings for courses in the anthropology/sociology of education. Moreover, the book will be of value to policy analysts as well as education researchers planning on conducting fieldwork in the Arab region. --Teachers College Record
