Dr. Wendy Flint, national speaker, has over 30-years' experience in the marketplace from entry level employee, to elected official, to supervisor and manager, to corporate executive. She is author of ten books and training manuals for business, government, and education. Dr. Flint is a former tenured professor from a community college in California, served as adjunct faculty at Biola University and is an online instructor at Central Christian College of Kansas. She teaches business, principles of management and organizational leadership courses. Dr. Flint is currently Chief Learning Officer for a non-profit education organization. She trains faculty in learner-centered classrooms, integrating technology and workplace skills across the curriculum. Wendy and her husband Terry of 46 years, currently reside in Portland, Oregon and have three children and six grandchildren. Dr. Flint holds a Masters of Public Administration, a Masters of Business Administration, and a PhD in Education with a specialization in teaching and learning.
