Nelson J. Lacey, Ph.D., M.B.A., C.F.A., is a Professor Emeritus of Finance at the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts. He has extensive experience in academia, having served as a Professor of Finance and as Chairman of the Department of Finance at the same institution. Dr. Lacey holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University, an M.B.A. from Arizona State University, and a B.S. in Economics from Penn State. Throughout his career, Dr. Lacey has held visiting positions at several international institutions in countries such as France, Portugal, Greece, and Poland. His academic contributions have been recognized with multiple awards, including the Savvy Investor Award and Best Paper Awards. Dr. Lacey's research focuses on various aspects of finance, including fund management, sports economics, mutual funds, and corporate ethics. He has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and co-authored books on these topics.   Prof. Krishnamurthy Bindumadhavan is a Professor and Associate Dean of Work Integrated Learning Programs (WILP) at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, Hyderabad campus. His professional qualifications include a Fellow (IIM), which is equivalent to a Ph.D. in the area of finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur, an MBA from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Osmania University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter Holder and Financial Risk Manager (FRM). Prof. Bindumadhavan's teaching interests include financial management, derivatives, portfolio management, and financial markets. His research focuses on corporate governance, monetary policy interventions, and the use of technology in enhancing student engagement in online classes. With extensive industry experience, Prof. Bindumadhavan has worked for Capital One in various roles, including as General Manager of risk operations in Asia. He has also been an Independent Consultant for banks, private equity, and venture capital firms.   Prof. Bindumadhavan's teaching interests include financial management, derivatives, portfolio management, and financial markets. His research focuses on corporate governance, monetary policy interventions, and the use of technology in enhancing student engagement in online classes. With extensive industry experience, Prof. Bindumadhavan has worked for Capital One in various roles, including as General Manager of risk operations in Asia.
