Kenlea grew up in Lazbuddie and Farwell, Texas with her parents, Doug and Amy, and two sisters, Chandler and Karson. She went on to achieve her BA at Texas State University and her MA from the University of North Texas. Currently, Kenlea lives in Baton Rouge, LA with her dog, Alcibiades, and is a PhD Student at Louisiana State University where she hopes to earn her doctorate in Political Science.
