Die diplomierte Innenarchitektin Barbara Glasner arbeitet als Beraterin und freie Kuratorin fur Design und Architektur in Frankfurt am Main. Im Rahmen ihrer Zusammenarbeit mit dem deutschen Rat fur Formgebung/German Design Council betreute sie von 2001 bis 2007 fur die internationale Kolner Mobelmesse imm cologne die Editionen des Designprojekts -ideal house cologne-, bei dem international renommierte Gestalter wie Zaha Hadid, Hella Jongerius, Patricia Urquiola, Fernando & Humberto Campana, Konstantin Grcic, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Naoto Fukasawa, Stefan Diez oder Dieter Rams ihre Visionen fur das Wohnen der Zukunft vorstellten. 2008 veroffentlichte sie zusammen mit Petra Schmidt und Ursula Schondeling das Buch Patterns 2. Muster in Design, Kunst und Architektur, und 2009 in Zusammenarbeit mit Petra Schmidt das Buch Chroma. Design, Architektur und Kunst in Farbe, die beide im Birkhauser Verlag erschienen sind. www.barbara-glasner.de Stephan Ott, Magister Artium der Germanistik, Geschichte, Politik sowie Theater-, Film- und Fernsehwissenschaften arbeitet als freier Autor, Journalist und Redakteur mit dem Schwerpunkt Design. Von 1999 bis 2012 leitete er beim Rat fur Formgebung/German Design Council zunachst den Bereich Presse- und Offentlichkeitsarbeit und war dort zuletzt fur die Bereiche Kommunikationsstrategie und -konzeption sowie das Editorial Department verantwortlich. Seit Juni 2012 ist Stephan Ott Chefredakteur des Design-Fachmagazins form.
