Reviews

Each chapter has its own bibliography, which bears witness to the quality of the research upon which it rests. The volume is also enhanced by maps and photographs. The editors are to be congratulated on beginning to uncover a fascinating story and it is to be hoped that more can be discovered. -Martin Wellings, Methodist Recorder
