Minister Penn has a passion for seeing women develop in their knowledge of the one who created them and their relationships with others. She promotes spiritual formation and faith development through facilitating discipleship meetings and Bible studies. Her goal is to help each woman to overcome barriers to the discovery of her life's purpose and fulfillment of her Divine destiny. She has over thirty years of experience in ministry serving as a Women's and Children's Ministry leader, Bible teacher, and Christian school principal. She has earned degrees in Christian education administration and organization development and is a nationally certified education administrator and professional development specialist. Her search for the meaning of it all and struggle with family crises and professional blunders equips her to humbly share with women of faith. She is a featured conference speaker and an educational consultant who has trained thousands of board members, owners, and program directors of preschools and private schools. She is married to her best friend and high school sweetheart. They have two beautiful daughters, a handsome son-in-love, and three grandchildren. They are the founders of The Shepherd's Academy for Teaching Excellence in Atlanta, GA.
