A leader can lead it does not speak of gender but as long as one can fulfill the requirement and qualities of a leader, and can produce great results that individual is qualified to be a leader. Women can function as a man but with different techniques which might look different as a man would. Some women don't want to be themselves and they try to rule like a man, they have not been able to understand and learn some great virtues that would make them be effective and stand out. Women go through a lot of problems and so many try to defeat this problem which makes them stronger and great. Women are looked down in some societies, culture has been the other of the day and some don't fail to realize the importance of women, they feel they are just to be used to recreate and don't have a reason for existence but beyond that, they have dreams, purpose, reasons for why they were brought to on earth. Everyone is created for a purpose and God has destined all to be great, especially those that are his, it transcends gender and moves beyond the normal phenomenon or norm of the society. Women have been appreciated by some and celebrated for their contributions and efforts to see how they affect change in whatever and wherever position they find themselves. They have proven to stand out and leave a legacy, meticulous in all that they do. Women are great leaders that can make a difference in society, they can stand out and bring a change as we wish or desire when allowed to rule and lead. Leadership is the ability to know how to effect change and meet up its goals and objectives in the position one is placed into; if one is not able to they would be called a failed leader. As the world continues to improve and become better and has people begin to increase daily, vacancies and openings are been spotted, works that need to be carried out, and some women have qualified themselves for that task and responsibility. They have been able to go through the necessary training to become effective and useful, they can make a difference and bring about the desired result that is needed or wished for.
