Overview

Elaine is a woman who finds herself stuck on her ceiling. Her neighbour Murtha assures her this is completely normal, and something that all women experience from time to time. But neither Elaine nor Murtha are to be trusted. Elaine has lost sight of what is real, and what is a fabrication. She can't remember if the stories she tells are true, or lies she has told so often that she remembers them as actually having happened. And Murtha is no better. She has no idea why they are on the ceiling, and she lies to cover her fear of dying exposed as a weirdo.
