""Contributor Biography - English Noah Neitzel is a lawyer and academic. After studying in Hamburg and Paris, he completed his legal clerkship in Luneburg, Speyer and Prague. As a doctoral candidate at the Free University of Berlin, he spent a year as a research fellow at Stanford Law School. After completing his thesis, he returned to Stanford to research a new legal form for steward-owned companies.
