Overview

A wizard's attempt at criminal grunt work ends up in another country, where he battles the sorcerers of pain on his way to burn down a distillery. A pump wizard wants to prove himself to his aunt, the head of a criminal organization, by guarding her smuggled whiskey. He encounters sorcerers from a foreign country, who cut the back of his head and smash the whiskey cases. The wizard captures the leader of the sorcerers. She tries to recruit him and offers dinner and herself. He's almost willing, but her magic is powered by pain and turns him off. He's got the stiches in his head to remind him. The wizard and his new trainee go to Glinmere to get revenge on the distillery who had sent the sorcerers. They join the good shamans in their civil war with their pain-powered former comrades.
