Overview

This true story is an unfortunate example of the possible chaos and life changes created by one remarkably stupid decision. Becoming the target of a covert operation was not what Fran had in mind for an exhilarating experience. She was looking for excitement after she and David separated and thought that she had found it as a mule for a drug ring. She then proceeded to work as a confidential informant for the DEA and that is when the real problems began. Unknown to Fran, because of David, she had already been under the watchful eye of the FBI for several years. What he was involved in was the focal point of the government's investigation. Fran's involvement with marijuana merely gave the feds a way to infiltrate her life. Regrettably, Fran kept stumbling onto DEA's surveillance until she accidentally hit the jackpot...the government's greatest secret technology.
