Anindita Mitra Paik is from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. She is an IT professional who writes mostly Bengali poems and occasional short stories. Earlier she has published 3 poetry books in Bengali and her few poems and short stories have been published in a few Bengali magazines. This is Anindita's first poetry book in English. She is also an eminent Bengali recitation artist.
