Since 1900 Wisconsin Interstate Park has provided visitors the opportunity to see spectacular views of the Saint Croix River. Now with Wisconsin Interstate Park History & Trail Guide they can take home the memories and pictures of the park and grandeur of The Dalles of the Saint Croix. The history of Wisconsin Interstate is memorable from the first French explorers, Indian battles, logging, CCC camps and early miners. On 10 miles of trails hikers can experiences deep upland forests, mountainous rocky switchbacks, open prairies, lakes, bogs and the famous Saint Croix River.
